Builder Compliance Drives

Presenting a marketable community during active builder construction phases is challenging. In order to ensure the community is presentable for future buyers, traffic, streets and Lots under construction need to be kept orderly, safe and clean.
To do this, we conduct weekly Builder Compliance Drives to verify the Builders are maintaining each Lot before, during and after construction is completed. The Compliance Reviewer advises Builders of items such as street cleaning, trash containment, silt/safety fencing, and removal of debris from the community or neighboring Lots.
The Developer incurs little to zero cost for these weekly Compliance Drives.
